I have had an up and down weight issue for a while in my life and would try diets on and off for years. Finally I began to have health concerns with significant arthritis and later, a threatening fatty liver. Hope 30 is the first program which has not only addressed my weight but most importantly, has stopped the inflammation in my joints, and totally corrected the serious liver issue.
