Refund policy

We offer a full refund on the purchase price of our supplement formulas any time within 60 days (up to 3 bottles full or empty) for orders shipped in the United States. For more than 3 bottles, a store credit will be provided. To process a refund, please use our Contact Us page for instructions on returning the bottles.

Once your return is received and unboxed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Please note, refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations and your refund will not be processed.

You will receive an email confirming that your refund payment has been processed. If, for any reason, you do not see the refund payment in your account, please reach out to us immediately via our Contact Us page.
