Allergy season is in full swing here in Virginia. The pollen is pouring down like rain. Every year by the end of February I am popping my Zyrtec in preparation for the sneezes, headaches, and the watery eyes.
This year, however, the difference is Hope Thirty, Perfect Health vitamins, and my new metabolically fit body. I thought I would hold off allergy tabs and wait. AMAZING! I have not had anything more than 3 sneezes in one day, and any stuffiness was during March, probably due to the heat still being on during chilly nights (which I conquered with saline rinse).
I have been taking allergy meds for over 20 years, suffering through chronic bronchitis and sinus infections. This year is incredible to see proof what a good diet of clean foods and Perfect Health can do!
